During this period from initial phone to the first teams' interview with my current employer there were times where there was nothing to really communicate, but Paula always kept me informed. Closer to the time of the first interview Paula and Ben were supportive and encouraging in the preparation and feedback given.  

After the first interview they were prompt from in delivering the feedback from the interview to me. Again, when it came time to inform, I had made it through final they were supportive and informative on how to go about the second interview.  

After the second interview they continued to stay in touch when there was little or nothing they could really say up until the point, they informed me I had been successful.

All in all, a great experience even if it took a little while to get the end result. Thank you for hard work.
