The Role

Supporting the Key Account Managers, you'll help deliver exceptional service to commercial customers ranging from single-site businesses to complex multi-site organisations.

You'll ensure account information is accurate, collections are delivered as planned, compliance documentation is complete, and customers receive meaningful reports that demonstrate the value of our service—including an industry-leading 97% landfill diversion rate.

This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, reporting, operational coordination and account support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting Key Account Managers with the day-to-day management of commercial customer accounts.

  • Producing monthly and quarterly customer reports including:

  • Supporting Quarterly Business Reviews by preparing reports and presentation material.
  • Working closely with logistics, operations, suppliers and account managers to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

About You

You'll be someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with data and genuinely cares about delivering great customer service.

Experience within waste management, logistics, facilities management or environmental services would be an advantage but isn't essential.
